Tiramisu Cake with Mascarpone Icing
Domestic Diva: "Celebrating 10th blog anniversary with cake. A Tiramisu Cake with Mascarpone Icing. A little bit of delicious decadence. I am a big believer that milestones need to be celebrated; birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, and general life events. If cake is involved, even better! I planned on doing something for the 5th anniversary of when I started my blog, but the date came and went before I even realised. Today marks 10 years from when I started out blogging the failsafe recipes that I was cooking for our family".

FACT SHEET
Australia has the highest incidence of food allergy in the world, and it’s growing at a rapid rate. We estimate that there are 800,000 Australians with a diagnosed food allergy, and many more undiagnosed. Food Allergy Week is an initiative of A&AA and is dedicated to promoting community understanding of food allergy to help protect those at risk.
We are here to help. During Food Allergy Week 2022 we will be highlighting how Allergy & Anaphylaxis Australia can help those with food allergy, especially those who live in rural and remote Australia who have limited access to health care.
With no known cure for food allergy, awareness and education are most important, as an allergic reaction can quickly become life threatening. A severe allergic reaction (anaphylaxis) must be treated as a medical emergency.
It’s important for Australians to be aware of food allergies, know the signs and symptoms of an allergic reaction and know how to respond in an emergency. A great way to help raise awareness is to Show You Care by getting involved in Food Allergy Week.
